In case of emergencies inside vehicles, they will be immediately reported to our center and law enforcement through cooperation between the Drivers’ Room and the Police Department.”

Alkan: The First Devices Have Started to Be Installed

President of Antalya Chamber of Drivers and Vehicle Owners Mehmet Ali Alkan stated that the first devices and panic buttons have started to be installed in taxis.

Alkan mentioned that the camera footage stored in vehicles for 30 days can be used as evidence in criminal cases and said, “We have completed the infrastructure works that will enable health, fire brigade, and law enforcement forces to respond rapidly when the panic buttons are pressed.
